Social Media: A tool for the coaching toolbox

Tabia Charles-Collins is a 2008 Olympian, Canadian record holder in the triple jump. Charles-Collins holds a BA from the University of Miami, and MA in Industrial Relations and HR from the University of Toronto. Currently coaching, Charles-Collins is actively involved with Team Collins. On top of all this, Charles-Collins also is the owner of a the clothing line Anisah.
Julie-Anne Staehli is the assistant cross country coach of Western University and Canadian distance runner who holds the indoor 2mile record (9:22.66). Staehli has a Master of Science in Sport Psychology and is interested in Safe Sport Education (Social Media Impacts).
Zack is a NCCP certified endurance coach and currently coaches with Durham Dragons Athletics in Ontario. He worked with Paula Schnurr and the McMaster XC and Track team during the 2019 academic year as the team's social media coordinator while completing his master's degree in Communications and New Media. He defended his dissertation on Coach-Athlete Relationships in a Digital World, the topic for this webinar.
