Volunteer Management for Non-Profits – Fernie

Most non-profits rely on volunteers to fulfill their mission and make an impact in their communities. This workshop will cover the fundamentals of volunteer engagement, which are used by small and large organizations to attract and retain committed volunteers. Topics include recruitment and screening best practices, safe working environment policies, onboarding, training and recognition, and leadership mentoring. The goal of this workshop is to support and strengthen your organization’s volunteer base.

Riley Wilcox is a seasoned volunteer, Executive Director and consultant.  She is passionate about the role of volunteers in communities.

This workshop will be held in Fernie on Thursday, June 2 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. MT.
